Join me, the co-founder of the Coogee Run Club, for an energising 5K run along Sydney Harbour, passing some of the city’s most iconic landmarks and stopping at scenic lookout points for photos before ending with a well-earned treat. • Meet near the Opera House for an introduction and quick warmup before setting off along the waterfront. • You’ll run past Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour Bridge, and The Rocks, stopping at key vantage points to soak in the views. Keep an eye out for Benny the seal at his favourite resting spot near the Opera House. • Cool down at a harborside cafe, where you can enjoy a coffee or tea while taking in Sydney’s breathtaking skyline. Play Australian rules football on Melbourne’s famous fields

Visit some of Melbourne’s most celebrated sporting complexes and venues with me, a sports insider, and learn why the city is called “the sporting capital of the world.” At each location, I’ll share its history and teach you how to play Australian rules football and the Indigenous game of marn grook. • We’ll start with a tram ride—just like the locals do—from Federation Square to Melbourne & Olympic Parks, home to seven elite national sporting teams. • Walk through Melbourne Park and its Tennis Center, which is home to the Australian Open, and I’ll tell you all about the history of these world-renowned stadiums, which date back more than 170 years. • At Olympic Park, home of Australian rules football, I’ll give you a few lessons in the basics of Aussie rules, and you’ll get a chance to play the Aboriginal game of marn grook. • Our last stop is Melbourne Cricket Ground, one of the largest sports stadiums in the world and the epicenter of the Australian Football League. Discover Jervis Bay Sea Kayaking Tour

Join me for an intimate sea kayaking tour in the incredible Jervis Bay Marine Park! (Please be advised this An outdoor experience like no other, you'll have the opportunity to paddle to some of Australia's most beautiful beaches with the whitest sand in the world! There is always a chance of encounters with local wildlife like seals, dolphins and sea birds. We meet in the morning at 7:45am to get fitted into the appropriate sea kayak and briefing on safety procedures, equipment and the area. Once on the water we will practice some paddle strokes before heading off into the stunning Jervis Bay or Booderee National Park for a relaxing 1.5 hours. Stopping for a break on one of the most pristine beaches in the world we will provide plunger coffee, tea, cake from the local Husky bakery and fruit for morning tea. Take this opportunity to have a swim or snorkel while your guide prepares the feast. Once adequately rested we will take to the water again for another 1.5 hours. Guests will leave with new skills and a great appreciation for the beauty of the area and provided photos for lasting memories of an unforgettable experience! Other things to note: This experience takes place in Jervis Bay which is located 2.5 hours drive from Sydney!! Please wear outdoor activity appropriate clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting wet. You will get wet feet and wet arms.

Harbour Kayak Adventure

Come enjoy a morning sea kayak adventure on Sydney's beautiful harbour. No engine noise or fumes, just the sound of your paddle in the water and the sea birds squawking above! We'll experience the built environs and get up close and personal with many of the harbour's natural wonders and marine inhabitants. We'll paddle to the center of the harbour where we'll get some photos of you framed by the Harbour Bridge (I'm a professional photographer in my other job so expect good pics - no charge of course!) We'll then land and explore Goat Island (Memel in the local Aboriginal Language) before paddling back via Darling Harbour. Goat Island is closed to the public and landing is by special permit only. Your permit is arranged for you and included as part of the tour. After we're finished your welcome to have a hot shower before treating yourself to a great lunch at the famous Sydney Fish Market a short walk away. There are also lot's of excellent lunch options minutes away on the famous Glebe Point Road or treat yourself to something really special at the Tramsheds. Our boatshed is easy to get to with plenty of free street parking nearby. We're the only kayak tour run by qualified kayakers that use REAL sea kayaks and top notch carbon fibre paddles. Fishing With A Local

Fishing With a Local I'm a shore fishing guide providing 4 hour long tours. Teaching fishing such as bait collection, rig, tackle, casting lessons and safe sustainable fishing techniques around the Shoalhaven Heads to Shellharbour region. Equipment is provided but feel free to bring along your own. We encourage catch & release, but if you're after a feed I can teach you how to humanly dispatch the fish and prepare it for eating. I will ensure that participants will leave with newly found fishing knowledge and skills, that will help them become more productive fishermen/women and likely a couple of fish to enjoy! Morning Beach Fishing 7-11am $190 pp Max Group: 7 Catch sand whiting, bream, tarwhine, flathead, and more. Early birds get the worm. Night Beach Fishing 5-11pm or 6pm-12am $240 pp Max Group: 7 Target mulloway, sharks, salmon, tailor, big bream, and more. Aim for big jewfish with long battles. Catch and release encouraged, or take fish home for a feed. Beach Worming Workshop 12-2pm $160 pp Max Group: 10 Save money by learning to catch your own bait. Timing based on low tide. Enjoy the fun of beach worming and learn preservation. Beach worms are top-notch bait on the east coast.Without the right knowledge, beach worms are extremely difficult to catch. Noosa Stand Up Paddle Adventure

This SUP adventure meets on the banks for the beautiful Noosa River. We go through a quick lesson and briefing to ensure everyone is comfortable before setting off on our tour. The paddle explores amazing mangroves and wildlife filled estuaries in beautiful calm water a short paddle from the buzzing Noosa riverside. We will check out some out-of-the-way waterways and keep a look out for various wildlife like sea eagles soaring overhead and stingrays cruising just below the surface. The SUP boards are stable and ideal for touring and the tour is suitable for all levels with some basic fitness, we keep things cruisy but you can expect to get a bit of exercise along the way.

Departing from Manly Sailing, a short walk from the Manly Ferry, you'll have the opportunity to help set the sails and steer the boat. Cruise past the multi-million dollar waterfront mansions of the rich and famous, discover hidden harbour beaches and revel in uninterrupted views of iconic Sydney attractions. During this time, I'll guide you on technique and body positioning to make sure you're ready before we hit the water. Then, it's all about catching waves! We'll spend the rest of the time in the water, where I'll give you personalized tips and help you make the most of every wave. Our flexibility sets this experience apart—we’ll chase the best waves for you. You’ll have the surfing experience of a lifetime in the #1 place in Australia to learn-to-surf! Meet the Byron Bay Surf School staff at a Carpark in Town in Byron Bay where the waves are best for lessons. We will fit you out with a wetsuit and suitable sized surfboard. We are one of the only surf schools licensed to teach surf lessons in Byron Bay. Our fully-qualified instructors first take you through stretches on the sand and step you through our special 'pop-up technique' in a small and personal group of 8 people maximum. Then it's time to grab your board and go surfing! Our instructors stay with you in the water, guiding you on to perfect peeling waves and helping you stand up and ride the waves of your dreams, all the way to shore. You will not know you could smile so much or be more exhilarated than when you ride your first waves. We offer the most water/actual surfing time (approx 2hrs), 2.5hr experience. Other things to note Guests must book their surfing lesson prior to arrival, and arrange their own transportation to/from the Byron Bay Surf School.
