It helps these neglected (and sometimes abused) dogs learn to trust people again, and socializes them for public adoption events! We will walk the dogs the length of the Island and back, with great views of the marina, the ocean and across to the Navy yards. You will play with the dogs, help socialize them including treat-time, and get lot's of Instagram worthy photos! We will end at the beach , and then you will have time to explore Shelter Island and perhaps grab a coffee at a local shop! Other things to note It will probably be sunny! Wear sunscreen. You may want to wade in the water, or even swim, dress appropriately for that, and for the sand!

Join us for a Historical True Crime Tour of the Gaslamp Quarter in downtown San Diego. You will walk through several eras in time as you explore interesting stories of true crime. You will also learn the darker history of the Gaslamp Quarter, the area formerly known as the Stingaree. We will dive into the fascinating history of downtown San Diego, from its earliest days to the notorious era of the Stingaree. Hear the haunting tale of a gambler's untimely demise at a historic hotel, with rumors of his ghost still lingering in his room. Then, we'll take you back to the roaring 1920s, a time of murder, revenge and slavery in San Diego. We are happy to introduce you to the 60-minute Glow Boat Experience on pedal boats, a romantic night date idea in San Diego Bay! The boat illuminates 360 degrees inside and outside, and riding it after dark is a lot of fun. To complete your experience, a speaker and a small disco ball will make your boat rock'n'roll. Our crew will guide you through Night Bay to ensure you feel safe and know where to go. On an average night, we have a group of 12 boats and two boats with our crew. We will start at America's Cup Harbor, and after short pedaling, you will find yourself in San Diego Bay with a beautiful Night view of Downtown. We will play music, cruise around, and enjoy the skyline. The experience will end at the same location where it started. Pedal boats can accommodate up to 3 adults (600lb maximum weight). No experience is necessary to maneuver these pedal boats; you are good to go if you can ride a bike! You will stay dry all the time! Join me on a journey through one of San Diego's most iconic destinations. Since the Island is large, we will be touring the major sites with the wind in our hair on electric scooters. No walking required ;) We will start by going over the basic operation of the scooters & getting comfortable riding in a quiet open area. From there, I will guide you through some of the most picturesque areas sharing my unique knowledge & history of the Island & pausing for photos. The first stop will be the beautiful Tidelands Park just across the Coronado Bridge where we will take a few pictures. Next, we spend some time exploring the Ferry Landing which has shops, restaurants, & a great view of the downtown skyline. We will then ride across the island through quaint neighborhoods checking out the lavish houses along the way. Once we've made it across the island it's time to stop and see the historic Hotel Del Coronado, the island's crown jewel. You will have some time to explore & walk the property. We will wrap up by riding the beautiful waterfront bike path back to where we started. We’ll tour San Diego's Hillcrest /Balbao Park area seeking out the most beautiful landmarks & hidden locations. We'll start the session early morning to avoid the crowds. However, if you would prefer a different time slot that's also possible. The session will take place in a relaxed atmosphere & I'll guide you on different poses so no previous experience in front of the camera is necessary. For Special Consideration: The group will meet in Old Town San Diego at Rockin' Baja Lobster, a notoriously fun Mexican restaurant! We'll sip our first tequila shot while enjoying chips and a full salsa bar! *Fri, Sat, & Sun 6pm groups meet in Old Town San Diego at Casa de Maria, in the heart of the market-square and birthplace of California. The tour then takes us on a beautiful scenic walk. Guests' are encouraged to stop at some of the many store's to purchase souvenirs along the way. Our next stop is high on the hillside, Old Town Tequila Factory, where we sample another shot of tequila AND enjoy a delicious fish taco on the rooftop patio with a beautiful scenic view that overlooks Downtown San Diego and the San Diego Harbor that gives that perfect backdrop for a selfie! As the tour continues, we learn about the Whaley House, early California, grave sites, historical markers, and other Old Town facts as we pass them by on our way to our final stop.
