Together we will cook authentic Gnocchi and Ravioli in accordance with traditional italian recipes passed from one generation to another.

During our live-streaming session we will guide you step by step and share our passion for food, wine and culture. For making a good Italian pasta dish, it is very important to prepare the right sauce. That is why together we will also make a famous "Pesto".

My co-workers and I had so much fun! Dilik was awesome and so helpful as we were learning. It was the perfect 1.5 hour activity and we were so proud of our ravioli and gnocchi creations!

it was a great intro to pasta making, the gnocchi was super easy, almost a little too easy. it ended up tasting great. the ravioli was also fun to make and i would recommend taking the class especially with a group. your kitchen will end up being full of flour! :)

I loved learning that making gnocchi and raviolis is simply and uses few ingredients. What wonderful and tasty dishes to add to my weekly meals. The experience was very enjoyable.

This was such a cute unique gift for my husband on our first anniversary! We were suppose to honeymoon in Italy but had to postpone Bc of covid and this felt really special! Also was delicious and our chef was a great teacher!!!! Would definitely do again!!!

Max helped me and 20 of my coworkers learn the art of making delicious homemade pasta. Even though the class is remote, over zoom, you get a sense that Max is in the room with you, guiding you through the process and helping as needed with individualized attention. We learned to make ravioli and gnocchi in 90 minutes. Great value and great learning opportunity. Would recommend to anyone looking to switch things up and provide a fun, experiential team event. Thanks!
