Con mezzi 4x4 ammirando il tipico paesaggio Etneo, saliremo fino a 2825 masl nei pressi di Piano delle Concazze. Inizia da qui l'ascensione di circa 2h fino all'orlo craterico a quota 3.320 masl. Cammineremo sullo spettacolare bordo del Cratere Centrale, ci affacceremo sul vertiginoso Cratere di Nord-Est e vedremo al nostro fianco anche il famoso Cratere di Sud-Est, autore delle più recenti e impressionanti eruzioni. Ammireremo un ambiente vulcanico unico al mondo, con emissioni di gas, bombe vulcaniche, e gli sfavillanti colori del terreno dovuti alla sublimazione di vari elementi, di cui lo zolfo in particolar modo. Il panoramico sentiero di discesa sarà caratterizzato da finissima cenere vulcanica e scorie con vista sulla costa siciliana. Durante tutto il percorso la guida spiegherà la storia, la formazione e le peculiarità del vulcano. Giunti nuovamente a quota 28225 masl, con l'ausilio dei 4x4 rientreremo a Piano Provenzana. Attraversando vigneti e uliveti fra un mix di paesaggi mozzafiato e avventurosi tratti in fuoristrada, arriveremo nelle zone più vulcanicamente attive dell'Etna per visitare alcuni fra i più rappresentativi vulcani etnei(ne esistono oltre 45 intorno all'Etna)e ci affacceremo al loro interno per vedere le reali dimensioni di un cratere. Ci fermeremo per un tuffo nelle acque cristalline dell'Isola Bella e per un rifrescante aperitivo con del prosecco e paste di mandorla tipiche siciliane. L'entrata nel porto è di fronte al ristorante Angelina, si passa la sbarra. Escursione sull'Etna in jeep autorizzate e trekking per visitare crateri,Grotte e l'ultima eruzione. Il tour è adatto a tutti . Partiamo dal nostro punto d'incontro con comode jeep o minivan 4×4, in direzione etna nord est, dopo un paio di km ci fermeremo all'interno del Parco Nazionale accessibile con guida autorizzata,poiché ci sono circa 45 crateri laterali. Dopo una passeggiata di circa 40 minuti visiteremo 5 crateri, uno dei quali è ancora aperto e si potrà ammirare la dimensione reale di un cratere. In questa zona osserveremo tutti i tipi di lava, minerali, deserto vulcanico e piante pioniere del nostro vulcano. Dopo aver visitato i crateri,con la nostra jeep faremo 2 km di fuoristrada per scoprire l'ultima grande eruzione che distrusse il vecchio centro turistico. Infine con lampade frontali fornite da noi visiteremo dei piccoli crateri all'interno (grotta) e una frattura che divide l'Etna in 2 parti. La visita sarà effettuata in aree di interesse vulcanologico e scientifico. IMPORTANTE: Prima di prenotare verificate se abbiamo disponibilità scrivendo un messaggio. Una full immersion nel vulcano attivo più alto d'Europa, che da millenni affascina filosofi, artisti, scienziati e viaggiatori provenienti da ogni parte del mondo. Durante l'esperienza, attraversando paesini etnei dal caratteristico color nero "basalto" e la lussureggiante campagna etnea, raggiungeremo il punto di partenza del nostro percorso di trekking. Sarà sorprendente camminare tra fitti boschi di betulle, pino o faggio, per poi improvvisamente attraversare quella che i locali conosciamo come "Sciara", il desolatamente affascinante deserto vulcanico. Ammireremo tutta la bellezza e le contraddizioni di questo vulcano sempre in trasformazione: tra crateri estinti, paesaggi ora brulli ora lussureggianti, con una flora "eroica" che si è adattata a condizioni estreme. Durante il percorso di trekking che durerà 4h, scopriremo i vari ed interessanti fenomeni vulcanici etnei, faremo un pic-nic nel bosco durante il quale vi offrirò un bicchiere di vino etneo. Sarà un'esperienza autentica, durante la quale vi racconterò la nostra "Muntagna", dalla prospettiva di chi l'ha sempre vissuta dalle sue pendici. Vi parlerò di storia geologica, flora e fauna.
