This stunning studio was just completely renovated! The unit sleeps two comfortably, but can accommodate up to three guests. It is PERFECT for solo travelers and/or couples. The apartment has a brand new queen size mattress and a small convertible sofa.

Stay the Nite at The Fife House in Philadelphia's historic Old City neighborhood. My wife Katie and I have been living in Philadelphia for the past 8 years now and bought our first home here in 2016! We live in the neighborhood with our Siberian Husky, Franklin, who gets us outside and exploring the neighborhood often. I am the Co-Founder of United By Blue, an outdoor brand with a focus on waterway conservation. Our Flagship retail store/cafe is located on the corner of 2nd and Race Streets, just steps from our house. Katie also works in the city and is passionate about the children that make up Philadelphia's future - she is a elementary special education teacher in the Philadelphia School District, where she works with kids from Kindergarten through 2nd grade. We love spending time walking through Philly's diverse neighborhoods, eating at some of the best restaurants in the area, and sharing a drink at one of the local bars. Some of our favorite spots within walking distance - Coffee & BYOB Brunch: United By Blue, 205 Race Street Lunch: High Street, 308 Market St. Beer/Casual Dinner: Race Street Cafe, 208 Race St. Wine/Nicer Dinner: Fork, 306 Market St. Sushi: Tuna Bar, 205 Race Street
