It's known as a "health" cafe but it has some yummy cakes and brownies if you want to sit down, eat cake, drink coffee and watch the world go by! If you are looking for somewhere to work with a laptop, this place is also a good option!

On the street it doesn't stand out as an amazing option but trust me this place has great sushi! They are a fusion restaurant so you can get interesting sushi mixes such as plantain and fried onions, but it is so so good!

It's always the right time to have Indian food right?! This place should be booked IN ADVANCE, but it's worth it. Such good food, a great atmosphere and on a beautiful street just off the seafront.

Award winning and I know why! If you are in the mood for excellent thai food then this is the place you need to go. I recommend... everything on the menu!

Exercise - Gym
Brighton & Hove is a great place to eat amazing food, so perhaps you want to do some exercise too? A few minutes from my house you will find my gym Rox, which offers amazing classes for cardio and strength as well as yoga. You can buy one session or a bunch of them depending on how long you're staying.
If you prefer outdoor exercise then put on your trainers and go for a run along Hove lawns down towards Hove lagoon- it's great to run alongside the sea and you'll be joining many other runners as well!
The best yoga in Brighton & Hove! You can book sessions individually- I highly recommend all of the yoga classes and a Float session where you relax in a warm water pod!

Brighton & Hove is a great base to have if you enjoy day excursions into the countryside or along the coast.
This is a great place for country walks and country pubs. Check out the Jolly Sportsman for a good lunch option!
