Chiang's does not look like much from the outside but they make very good Chinese food. Delicious noodles and many other good dishes. They have large round tables with lazy susans for serving family style and are always filled with Chinese customers who know the real deal. You don't go there for the ambience; you go there for really good Chinese food.

Don't be fooled by the external appearance, Chiang's is one of the best authentic Chinese restaurants in Seattle.
