永康商圈是以「永康公園」為中心，涵蓋永康街、麗水街、部分的金華街，以及街口附近的信義路商店。商圈原先聚集了許多台灣小吃與餐廳，後來亦漸漸開設了不少異國美食餐廳、許多風格獨具的咖啡館，以及一些精品小店。由於鄰近大安森林公園，再加上擁有許多著名的美食，夜晚或假日往往吸引許多人潮前來。永康街緊鄰捷運東門站五號出口，隨著新莊線及信義線通車啟用後，吸引了更多人潮。
