Mobile home that is 4 mins walk away from the foresters pub which serves food as well as drinks. The accommodation is a converted mobile home interior walls have been knocked down so the space is one room this enables the feeling of space and some beautiful views. The toilet is located near to the space but does involve walking outside. The home is set within our business in Yoxall but it is well fenced and kept separate. The property has a private parking area and garden. It has numerous footpaths and cycle routes on its door step and within the beautiful local village Abbots Bromley you will find 4 Pubs, Tearoom's, Indian Takeaway, Butchers and a well stocked village shop . The annex is perfect for short breaks visiting family, friends and business trips.

Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the town of Uttoxeter with it's Racecourse, bars, eateries and shops We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Swallow cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with attention to detail. A feeling of luxury and tranquility. The cottage enjoys underfloor heating and fabulous rural views to be enjoyed in the warmer months from the decking outside the kitchen. Patio doors open right up to allow the outside in.
