This 600 square foot, 1 bedroom laneway home feels much larger, featuring 13 foot ceilings with clerestory windows bringing in a ton of natural light. Quartz counters, Carrara marble backsplash, distressed strand-woven bamboo flooring and mid-century modern furniture give the space a gallery-like feel. In-floor heating throughout adds a cozy touch throughout the winter. An enclosed, private patio is the perfect place for a spring/summer evening nightcap. The entire space is yours to enjoy. We live close by so are available for anything our guests might need - transit directions, restaurant recommendations, sight-seeing suggestions, etc. The guest home is in Central Lonsdale, one of the friendliest areas of North Vancouver. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, but is just 3 blocks from groceries, cafes, shops, a gas station, and restaurants. There is a parking space available on the property and a lot of street parking available. Parking is never an issue. Our location is extremely central to transit with a bus stop around the corner, 3 blocks to Lonsdale and all amenities, short walk (15-20 min) to sea bus offering access to downtown Vancouver. 20 minutes via bus to downtown Vancouver. 3 minutes to Highway 1, 10 minutes to Grouse Mountain and less than an hour and a half to Whistler.

Our detached cottage for one traveller is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It is a comfy private space with skylights, vaulted ceiling, spacious desk, very fast wifi, and a peaceful garden outlook. Located near the Seymour River and the Baden-Powell trail network. Close by are Capilano University, Capilano and Lynn Valley suspension bridges, Deep Cove Village, Maplewood Flats bird refuge, and Lonsdale Quay. Downtown Vancouver is 25 mins. by car or bus, a few steps away. Free street parking.

Owls Nest located in Langley’s wine country

Located in south Langley 10 min to Hwy 1 and 20 mins to hwy 99. The owls nest cottage is nestled amongst fir and cedar trees. Private deck overlooking Brag creek . The Cottage shares 5.5 acres of farm land and personal home. 12 min too USA border, 20 min from White rock beach. We host weddings in our heritage barn during the summer on Saturday nights and therefore some Saturday nights are blocked out. You can view our barn on the web at the white owl barn wedding venue!

The Old Yoga Studio

My husband and I recreated my old yoga studio, finding and re-using as much as possible. The long open room, with reclaimed hardwood flooring, leads you to a deck on the edge of the forest of Princess Park. A salmon creek runs to the west. Sometimes you'll have a visiting racoon, owl or bear. A block from some of the best mountain biking on the North Shore. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Conveniently located in between Seattle and Vancouver BC. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish tiny home which was recently constructed out of a previous carport on the back of our 1/3 acre. Simple yet well-stocked, you should have everything you need to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The bed is comfy, the couch is comfy, the wifi is fast. If you visit anytime July-October you can come browse my dahlia patch and vegetable garden!
