We are minutes from the DT Lutheran hospital. Blocks away from downtown, library, restaurants, art studios, shopping, bars, ballpark, Grand Wayne center and much more. The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

The Bird's Nest Loft is located in the historic Canton Laundry building. Built in 1890, it began its 70 year history as a laundry in 1935. FULLY RENOVATED with all the comforts of home...plus a few more! Includes a private master bedroom, a separate sleeping loft space, a dedicated workspace, private outdoor areas, and PARKING IS INCLUDED. Located just blocks away from walking & bike trails, kayak rentals, Embassy Theatre, Botanical Conservatory, coffee shops, bars, and many amazing eateries!

Dock of Bay Cabin- Private Dock on Lake Webster

"Last Cast" is close to town, creating the perfect space to have access to peace & quiet while being close to town & water. This cabin is on a private property that guests will have all to themselves while they are here. You will have access to an eat in kitchen, living room, private bathroom, and a loft which has two beds. This cabin comes w/channel dock space on the S. side of Lake Webster. There is space for your boat & water toys to bring along w/ you or rent items @ a marina while here.

Peaches Place is a cozy 440 sf. home, set back from the street with a big front yard for a sense of privacy while still being in a close-knit community. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Riparian House -Rustic Setting on Wabash River.

Restored historic small home located on the banks of the Wabash River. Bike trail to the City of Wabash runs along rear of property. This cozy, 500 square foot one room house is perfect for your quiet getaway, the cyclist hitting the trail and roads, or putting your canoe or kayak in the Wabash River. Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Relax and unwind in this colorful, stylish ranch home, located in the desirable Pine Valley neighborhood! Dogs are welcome, but note the back yard is not enclosed! This updated home is conveniently located 6 minutes from Parkview Hospital and 16 minutes from downtown. Keep the kids busy with three TV's. Or, have family fun playing a game of cornhole in the spacious back yard! Pine Valley Country Club is close by if you like to golf. NOTE: (non-smoking-$100 fine)

Hikers and bikers will be happy to find trails such as Eagle Marsh very close by. After an exciting day of exploring, enjoy the serenity of the outdoor space and screened in porch.

Come enjoy the wide open country space in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.

Stay in this private, surprisingly spacious upstairs studio inside a turn-of-the-century house.
