The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

So z.B. wurde Dielboden aus echten Holz,Marmor Platten in Bad/Flur. Bei Gestaltung habe ich auch meine Lebensphilosophie berücksichtigt, die dadurch das schwediche Wort “Lagom “ zum Ausdruck kommt, was so viel bedeutet auf Schwedisch wie : “nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig “ oder auch “ gerade recht”. Wenn du etwas brauchst melde dich bei mir .

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, in the most beautiful part of the Adjara region called Gonio, close to the best beaches of Batumi. There is free parking on site. Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.
