Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Gellibant Cottage, Breathtaking Rural Retreat

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Ffermdy Bach, close to Borth y Gest's coastal path

Ffermdy Bach is a self contained cottage adjoining our Welsh farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. Park on our drive, EV charging on request.

'The Nook' stone cottage in peaceful surroundings

The Nook’ is a self contained 2 bedroom cottage annex, inspired by its medieval inglenook fireplace. It is situated at the end of a long drive in a peaceful rural location. Hiking trails abound with Harlech beach, town and castle a walk away. The area has plenty to offer; steam railways, Portmeirion, sandy beaches, ZipWorld and Mt Snowdon are just a car ride away. Alternatively enjoy the Nook’s garden with BBQ/fire-pit and perhaps a game on its unique pétanque pitch or retro games machine.

A Peaceful Eco Country Cottage.

Beudy Bach is a cosy and very comfortable eco retreat created from a traditional stone built Welsh barn. It's large velux windows offer ideal star gazing from the bed! This peaceful haven is within easy walking distance of Llanbedr, a lovely village with several country pubs and a bustling village shop. It is ideally located within the Snowdonia National Park with access to beautiful coastlines and majestic mountains. The barn is well equipped and situated on a quiet country lane.

Enjoy cosy evenings in front of the dual aspect wood stove or soaking in the extremely relaxing wood burning hot tub whilst taking in the views or gazing at the stars.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Cosy B&B one bedroom annexe with parking.

A great place to discover the delights of Wales with beaches and mountains on the doorstep. This quaint B&B is perfect for relaxing, with a sunny patio and excellent amenities. A continental breakfast is provided. This property is suitable for couples only and no pets allowed. PLEASE NOTE the annexe is B&B only. There are NO COOKING facilities other than a microwave and toaster.

Cosy Private Cottage Annex

Forget your worries in this homely and cosy annex. Centrally heated with a private entrance hall leading to a private double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/diner and outside patio area; all for your exclusive use during your stay. The lounge has a sofa, dining table, tv, toaster, fridge, kettle and microwave. All bedlinen and towels are provided; free wifi and parking for one car.

Ty Hebog: Cosy 17th Century Barn with Log Burner

Cosy restored self-catering barn at Perthi with a log burner, retaining original 17th-century wooden beams and period character, with beautiful views across the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountains. Set just above Beddgelert on a working mountain farm in a peaceful rural setting, only a 7-minute drive from the Rhyd Ddu Snowdon path, with walks available directly from the doorstep.

Porfa Wyrdd, Harlech - Castle, Golf, Beach, Views

I invite you to use my lovely house to enjoy Harlech and the surrounding area. On the edge of a small estate, the house overlooks farmland and has views of mountains in the distance. The Welsh Coastal Path runs behind the garden. There's wifi and Sky TV. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are all part of the service; I just ask guests to enjoy the house with care.

Traditional Shepherds Hut on raised platform,beautiful views of the LLyn peninsular.The Hut has a double bed which converts into a dining table,kitchenette and shower room with basin and caravan style lavatory.Sleeps two access is by stairs,may not suit people with poor mobility.Situated right by the Welsh coastal path,ideal for walking holidays.
