So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

A warm light-filled space designed and built by Waiapu Cathedral architect, F. Kingwell Malcolm-the King of Concrete. Groovey fittings and furniture in the style of the time and salvaged from Napier's iconic T&G building. Views, location and style make a perfect base for a comfortable stay in the Bay. Gorgeous light filled studio in lovely garden.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.

Minime

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
