The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.

Donauradweg führt am Haus vorbei außerdem gibt es neben der üblichen Busverbindung auch die Möglichkeit mit der Fähre nach Österreich überzusetzen oder mit dem Dampfer nach Linz bzw. Passau zu fahren
