Our accommodation is a private, entire-house rental (3DK, 46㎡). It can host up to 6 guests, with one queen bed (for 2 people) and four single futon sets (for 4 people). For the most comfortable stay, we recommend 2–4 guests. --- ● Property Details This is a single-story traditional house with beautiful exposed beams and an open, airy atmosphere. **Japanese-style Living Room (6 tatami mats)** A relaxing space with a sofa and low table. We recommend enjoying the uniquely low perspective of traditional Japanese living. Futons stored in the closet can be laid out here for use as a bedroom. **Japanese-style Bedroom (3 tatami mats)** This room features a queen bed. **Japanese-style Room (4.5 tatami mats)** Located right by the entrance. A cozy space where you can sit on a single sofa, read a book, or enjoy tea. The closet can be used to store suitcases. This room can also be used as a bedroom by laying out futons from the 6-tatami room. **Dining Kitchen** A bright space with natural light streaming in from a skylight. Equipped with a dining table for four, kitchen facilities, and a washer-dryer. **Bathroom** Compact, clean, and comfortable. **Washbasin** A renovated space that blends retro charm with usability. **Toilet** Equipped with a washlet for your comfort. **Loft (2nd floor)** For safety reasons, guests cannot enter the loft, but you can still view the traditional Japanese roof structure. ※ There are two air conditioners/heaters. As this is a wooden house over 70 years old, please note that it may be a bit cold in winter. --- ● Parking Please park in the parking space on the right side of the building. Up to two cars can be parked in tandem (one behind the other). Please note that the road in front of the property is one-way, so please be careful when approaching the property. You can also enjoy handmade ceramic coffee cups crafted by the owner’s father, as well as a matcha tea set prepared by the owner’s mother. Basic seasonings provided: olive oil, salt, and pepper.

呉と尾道の中間、海沿いに位置する竹原市。 宿はJ R竹原駅より徒歩13分、広島空港より車で20分の「たけはら町並み保存地区（国の重要伝統建造物群保存地区）」中心にある、江戸時代築の２階建て・離れ・中庭つきの一軒家です。 朝・夜は人通りがほぼなく、江戸時代の町にタイムスリップしたような静かな時間を過ごすことができます。 ２階の広いフリースペースは天井の梁を贅沢に見せる広い空間で、窓からは町並みの通りが見渡せます。２階の中庭に面したお部屋からは、竹原のランドマークでもある普明閣を望むことができます。 オーガニック素材にこだわってアートリノベーションした空間では、様々な箇所でオンリーワンのアートが楽しめます。 お風呂は特に一番のこだわりで、山形県の職人による手捻りの焼き物浴槽で、アーティストであるオーナーが絵付けをしています。漆喰で丸く仕上げた壁にはホーローのアート。床には淡路島の鮮やかな青いタイル。 壁には広島の牡蠣殻を使用した瀬戸漆喰。部屋ごとに異なる壁に。床板は丹波篠山の檜100%使用。たたき土間、土壁・漆喰塗り、床板はり、全てDIYのぬくもり溢れる空間に仕上がっています。

広島市内では現存の数少ない戦後間もなく､75年前に建てられた書院造りの純和風建築物です。大通りから一歩入り静かな環境で、小さいながら和風庭園もありゆっくりと寛げます。 1945年8月6日の広島原子爆弾投下による熱で一部溶けた壺や、約100年前の時代の写真など 舞ハウスにしか置いてない物もあります。 建具やｶﾞﾗｽは70年以上前の当時のもので､特に２つの庭や、床の間・書院など日本家屋の情緒が感じられます｡ 現在では、限られた職人に発注しなければ手に入れられない品々です。 5ある部屋は､３つが畳部屋で､就寝時も畳の上に布団を敷いてお休みください。 広島市の南区に位置しており市内電車一本で 最寄り駅電停①からは広島駅まで約20分 最寄り駅電停②からは平和記念公園､原爆ﾄﾞｰﾑ、中心地は20~30分程度で到着いたします｡ タクシーでは10分程度の移動となります。 近所に衣食住が揃う 大型ショッピングモール　ゆめタウン広島、コンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン、ファミリーマート）飲食店（お好み焼き、ラーメン、寿司、焼肉、ワッフル、ベーカリーショップ等々）徒歩圏内にあります。

サウナ付きでプライベートな空間が楽しめる広々としたお庭付きの一棟貸しです お庭やお風呂、お部屋からも宮島を対岸に眺めることができる高台にあります。 宮島へのフェリーが出ている港まで車で10分、広島市内まで30分ほどの場所にあるので、観光の拠点としてご利用ください。 無料駐車場あり（3台まで） 火を使わないタイプの五右衛門風呂が2つ、ウォシュレット付きトイレは2つあります。 見晴らしの良い小高い場所にあるため最寄駅から歩くのは少し大変です。公共交通機関でお越しのお客様には最寄りのＪＲ阿品駅(Ajina)もしくは路面電車の広電阿品駅（Hiroden Ajina）から送迎できます。お迎え（15時～20時）送り（7時～10時） ※車は大きくない為5人以上の場合ピストン送迎となります お車でお越しのお客様は道が少し狭いので気をつけてお越しください。 家主は車で5分程の場所に居住しておりますので何か御用のある際は対応可能です。 コンビニ、スーパーは近くにありません。 阿品駅の目の前にスーパーはあります。 4月の宿泊から広島県の宿泊税が別途お一人様1日あたり200円かかります。
