22 kilometers away from Legaspi City, we are located on a 2-hectare property with full green grass great for horse back riding with our horses! To enjoy our place to the fullest, we suggest renting native boats (bangkas) to nearby islands with packed picnic lunches, or just lazing around our property and feeling nature at its best! We also have a great view of the majestic Mayon Volcano where our guests may opt to climb if they are adventure seekers. If they are not, we can also package tours to see the city and surrounding tourist spots, like interacting with the whale sharks and trying out the ATV lava trails.

The house is inside a gated half a hectare property with tall pine, dankalan, mango trees and other fruit bearing trees. There is a private chapel in the property, a grotto and other religious shrines and statues. There are two nipa hut cottages close to the chapel.
