OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Et utmerket utgangspunkt for mange turistattraksjoner som Sunnmørsalpene, Geiranger, Trollstigen, Nordangsdalen, Alnes Fyr, Giske. Et spektakulært og tilgjengelig område for fjellvandring, toppturer og rekreasjons-opphold i vakker natur.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Romslig og særegent hus

Et hus med mye historie,og har blant annet vært den lokale kafeen i bygda. Det er de 2 øverste etasjene som leies ut. I hovedetasjen finner du en stor, lys stue med kjøkken og direkte utgang til en usjenert og solrik terrasse. I tilegg er der et soverom/stue og vaskerom/bad. I andre etasje er der 2 store loftstuer med tilhørende soverom, et stort bad med dobbel-vask og badekar. Hovedsoverommet har dobbeltseng med fin utsikt. Mulighet for inntill 7 gjester der to stk ligger på flatseng.

Perfect for breakfast and relax in the evening with a view even with not the best weather. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one bathroom. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Bright, spacious apartment with beautiful fjord views just outside Ålesund. A perfect base for exploring Sunnmøre while stikk being close to the city. Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

A fully renovated apartment on the first floor of a single-family home. The area is quiet and nice, with a short walk to a big shopping mall (Moa - 10 min walk) and bus stops (5 min walk, 25 min bus ride to city centre). If you are interested in hiking, there are many nice locations just a short drive away. This area has a nice view of the "Summøre Alps". The walk to the shoreline takes about 10 minutes. Outside the house there is a large driveway with parking.

Idyllic fjord apartment near Ålesund

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this idyllic home with magnificent views of Storfjorden, which runs all the way to Geiranger, which is an 80km drive away from us. We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.

Stedet vårt er nærme Ålesund lufthavn. Ålesund airport. Flott natur. Landelig og rolig. Likevel kun 20 min. med bil til Ålesund sentrum. Stedet mitt er bra for par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende. Kan også passe for en liten familie. (Ekstra madrasser). Vi kan også være behjelpelig med transport til/fra flyplassen på sen ettermiddag/kveld.
