Private entry gives access to 2,200 sq ft of private space that includes a 3 seasons room with gas fireplace, laundry, and full kitchen. 1 open room, one private, and one partial room with no windows. This brand-new cozy, modern cabin is ready for year-round fun! On Lake Ida, a premiere swimming, fishing and boating lake, the cabin offers superb views and direct access to the clear, sandy lake. Game room, bunk room and fire pit for maximum family fun. The property is great for multiple families, several couples, or for a group retreat to get away and relax! It's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - amazing linens, fast wifi, child gear and fully stocked kitchen.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)
