Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This new home sits on nearly six acres that connects to the 1,395-acre English Hill State Forest. We are located on a dirt road with minimal traffic, mostly side by sides, ATV's or locals. Beautiful views of the night sky far away from the city light pollution. We are 30 minutes from Letchworth State Park, "The Grand Canyon of the East". Swain Ski Resort is only a 10 minute drive! Come relax by the two private ponds & trails in the woods:-)

This is the perfect spacious and serene getaway for any time of the year. Located in the country but only 3 miles to Alfred, NY; 16 miles to Hornell, NY; and 12 miles to Wellsville, NY. This getaway features a large living room, kitchen, and dining area; a designated work area; laundry area; two exercise bikes; three bedrooms; three bathrooms; a large outdoor area with a sauna; dining area; fireplace; and pizza oven. There is also a two car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway.

Indian Lodge on Rushford Lake

Stay in a very unique original log cabin on Rushford Lake. Built in 1939 by Sanford Hubbard as originally 1 of 30 Arts & Crafts cabins on the lake. The cabin has been lovingly restored, and will be a very unique experience. Keep in mind this is a cabin, so there are some “rustic” qualities. This cabin is lake front, with new stairs leading down to the shoreline and dock. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your use. This is a great place to make family memories!

This cabin is truly a great getaway to unwind and relax. Great for hiking and fishing. Cabin gets little to no cell service and wifi is very spotty during summer foliage. 10 minutes from Cuba, NY 25 minutes from Olean, NY 2 hours South of Buffalo, NY 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended during winter months.
