We are minutes from the DT Lutheran hospital. Blocks away from downtown, library, restaurants, art studios, shopping, bars, ballpark, Grand Wayne center and much more. The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

Enchanting 1 BR/1 BTH carriage house in Fort Wayne, close to amenities, but nestled amidst trees and wildlife for privacy and serenity. This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire house is yours to yourself!! Quiet friendly neighborhood with spacious backyard and off street parking. We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

The Bird's Nest Loft is located in the historic Canton Laundry building. Built in 1890, it began its 70 year history as a laundry in 1935. FULLY RENOVATED with all the comforts of home...plus a few more! Includes a private master bedroom, a separate sleeping loft space, a dedicated workspace, private outdoor areas, and PARKING IS INCLUDED. Located just blocks away from walking & bike trails, kayak rentals, Embassy Theatre, Botanical Conservatory, coffee shops, bars, and many amazing eateries!

This downtown duplex is in a QUIET area just a 1/2 mile to the hotels, Grand Wayne Center, The Embassy, and Parkview Field. Each Suite has its own PRIVATE ENSUITE BATH with a high-end shower and it's own thermostat for comfort. It's a favorite of business travelers and weekenders both. Many downtown restaurants and attractions a fair weather walk or short drive. My dad always said stay in a place as nice as your own home if not nicer, and this is it! Compare with the $150-200/night hotels.

Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Located in the West Central neighborhood within easy walking distance of the convention center, library and entertainment outlets. The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Centrally located, entire home. Spacious fully equipped home within minutes of downtown. Sits on a street that takes you right to west central Fort Wayne, or head to the park for a nice getaway. Minutes to downtown and baseball stadium. Also centrally located within 10-15 of Lutheran and Parkview hospitals. Third bedroom is upstairs and not central air but has a window unit and requires access through steep stairs. Washer dryer in basement. Nice beautiful street of historical homes.

It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
