Location, View, Hot Tub, Shop, Restaurants, Beach

My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.

2nd Retreat

This bright and quaint historical little house is one block from the downtown district. This 2nd retreat has a charming enclosed front porch for sitting, a quiet serene space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine, to read a book or just to sit and relax. We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

Lions Den Getaway in the Middle of No where

Lions Den Cabin in the middle of the woods located on 80 acres with 1000 acres of state land surrounding, Peace and quiet and a beautiful setting with wildlife at every turn. Close to ORV and snowmobile trails. Perfect for the outdoor adventurer with lots of room for trailers and vehicles. This is a modern and beautiful cabin with all the comforts of home, includes WiFi. No shooting allowed on property except during deer rifling hunting season.

Modern cabin on the Thunder bay river

This modern rustic Up North cabin that offers 120 feet on the Thunder bay river! Cabin is located on a private Rd. which gives you the true Up North feel but is only a 15 minute drive to Alpena! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.

Latitudes Tavern Apartment

A premium spot in downtown Alpena. The center of downtown is two blocks down the road at 2nd Avenue and Chisholm St. We are located in a premium spot to find dinner, entertainment, shopping and most importantly nightlife. The space is located above a bar. So...it can be a little noisy for some. But if you are ok with some noise or don't normally turn in until later in the evening, we are for you. Sunset Cabin

Lakefront oasis....Beaver Lake is an all sports 665 acre gem, located in northern Michigan. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just relaxing on this 77' deep crystal clear inland lake. We have a blue aqua-cycle that guests may use, but we ask that all guests wear life jackets if you do choose to use the aqua-cycle. (life jackets are hanging up in the bedroom closet.)

King Bed,Hot Tub,Fire Pit, Beach, Splash Park

My place is less than a block from Restaurants, an outdoor Splash Park, and beaches along Lake Huron. Within walking distance is a park with basketball and tennis courts, a bandshell for outdoor concerts in summer and more beach access. If you're looking for a night in, the backyard is private with a firepit and hot tub, or enjoy the game/activity room downstairs.

Beach bungalow get away

Cozy home across the street from beautiful Lake Huron, Starlite Beach. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with all the amenities. Walking distance to restaurants, just minutes away from downtown Alpena. Enjoy a day at the beach, beautiful sunsets, exploring historic downtown.

The Depot

This unique rental is situated right next to the railway, conveniently located within walking distance of multiple amenities and not too far from downtown Alpena. The train passes through almost daily, giving a fun, industrial vibe to the property!

Scudder's Up North

Our family home is across the street from Lake Huron and public beaches. It is also walking distance from the beautiful and historic downtown Alpena. We are putting a lot of time and love in to making this a fun and comfortable vacation home.
