Stay aboard the eco-friendly two-story 63 ft River Queen with a 360 degree view with beautiful sunrises and sets, mored 1/8 mi offshore in a quite harbor close to shopping center, movie theater, hospital, bars & restaurants. A 10-foot dinghy with small outboard to come & go from shore "ONLY", nowhere else. I also offer Personal Training, deep tissue work & Life Coach sessions. It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

Unique accommodations on a comfortably equipped 43 foot Hatteras yacht, just a 5 minute drive to historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. 15 minute drive to the Navy Stadium, 15 minutes drive to Rt 50. THIS LISTING IS FOR ACCOMODATIONS ONLY; BOAT MAY NOT BE DRIVEN! Forward cabin has bunk beds. Aft cabin has a queen bed. Fully equipped galley (kitchen) with 2-burner cook top, microwave/oven, fridge, toaster oven and Keurig. Boat has WIFI, heat, AC and hot water!
