Located near the ski slopes with shuttle pickup right across street. One king bed, twin pullout couch, one bath condo in the heart of angel fire. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the porch. Walking distance to restaurants, the resort, and there’s a 4 hole disc golf course right by the condo. A short drive to Monte Verde lake to fish, paddle board, etc. We love the town of Angel Fire and hope you find it to be just as much of a nature retreat as we do! Note- gas fireplace is not available.

In addition to the amazing indoor space step outside and enjoy the large deck that is covered on one side and features a hot tub, gas fire pit, cornhole, and ping pong.

Is 0.2 miles a little far to walk with all mountain bike gear? No problem, directly outside your front door you will find a shuttle stop that will get you to the lifts in just 1 minute or so. Thirty-Three Royal is a brand new, modern mountain home that sleeps 14. Professionally decorated and designed to create a once in a lifetime mountain vacation for you and your family. Just 3 minutes from the slopes and 2 master bedrooms on the ground level allows this property to easily accommodate multiple families or a large group. Upstairs features a large bunkroom/entertainment room and an additional double queen guest suite. We have recently added a brand new 8 person hot tub!

Monte Verde lake is within walking distance for summer lake fun-fishing, paddle boards, kayaking, or relaxing on shore. We recommend AWD/4 WD for winter visits.
