Tu su i lijepe pješačke i biciklističke rute direktno od vrata. U dobrom smo položaju za putovanja u Goodwood ,Fontwell i Cowdray Park. Gradovi Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel i Petworth su u blizini. Dobro odgojeni psi su dobrodošli na vodi jer nema ograđenog prostora. Dostupan je putni krevetić za bebe, ali posteljina nije osigurana
