Welcome to Finca La Frecuencia - a permaculture and wellness center in the mountains, 3.5 km from Minca. Our piece of paradise is off-the-grid with solar power, comfy beds and songs of nature. Artesanal vegetarian food and craft drinks are on tap. Two beautiful waterfalls are a 20-minute walk. Hiking and bird watching, yes.
