Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

In the afternoons you can have drink with the sunset and see wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds.

Conveniently located just; 20 minutes to Bellingen. 15 minutes to Coffs Harbour airport. 10 minutes to Sawtell. 5 minutes to Bonville international golf course. Enjoy swimming in nature with direct access to Bonville creek running across the rear of the property. Finnish sauna suitable for 6 persons with outdoor shower. Pets allowed on request. Arrawarra Beach House

Arrawarra is located 20 min north of Coffs Harbour and 5 min to Woolgoolga. Our beach house is set in a quite village and is just a short walk to the beach and tidal creek... great for the kids. It is only a short drive to Woolgoolga where you will find shops, pubs and some great restaurants. There is a cycle track all the way to Woolgoolga and walking tracks alone the coast line plus great surfing spots close by. Pet friendly with a Fully fenced yard.

Never Never Cabin

A spacious cabin in a rural setting with magnificent views of the Never Never range. There is a king bed, quality linens and a claw foot bath. A wood fire for colder evenings and air-con for hot days. Walk to the river and forest. This is private and inspiring accomodation 10 mins from Bellingen, a perfect retreat. Organic muesli and fruit provided for breakfast.
