The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

The apartment of 28m2 is entirely renovated. It has a double bedroom (140/200) with storing space. The living room has a confortable sofa (that can convert into a sleeping twin bed), a TV, an internet WIFI. The kitchen is equipped of one microwave, of a dishwasher, refrigerator, sticks vitreous ceramic and electric hob. The bedlinen and towels are included for the winter (for stays of more than 3 nights and 10€/person for summer and shorts stays). Bike aren't accepted in the apartment.

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.
