The condo is WALKING DISTANCE from a public beach in Nuevo Vallarta. It is also very close to an Oxxo (convenience store) and walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, golf club, etc. We also offer a rental car for your convenience. This is optional and has an extra fee.

Two comfortable rooms, one with a King Size bed, and the other with two single beds, two full bathrooms, one inside the master bedroom, the living room has 2 sofa beds, dining room, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, terrace with sea views, It has a beach in front of the condominium and direct access, it is a very safe place with surveillance.
