We've called it The Annexe as it's totally self contained with private self access & Ring doorbell allowing takeway deliveries to come direct to you. The room is cosy & very comfortable for a special night away or weekend. We're centrally located within 15 mins walk of the city centre. Within the room you have a fridge freezer, microwave & kettle with tea / coffee and snacks. Fresh linen, towels included. En suite bathroom & electric shower.

Our Guesthouse is a delightful detached dwelling in the grounds of our Main house. Designed to allow total privacy with your own entrance and patio area. My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Cosy Bedroom with Private Bathroom & Breakfast

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!
