Studio apartment within the house, has a separate entrance, is located on the first floor, although the entrance is on the ground floor due to the position of the house. It has an equipped mini-kitchen and a bathroom, armchairs for the living room, a small dining table that can also be used as a desk, and a table for outside in front of the door, smoking on the outdoor terrace. You can use the terrace in the yard, barbecue and equipment. Bedding for all seasons.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
