Our cosy three bedroom house is right in the heart of the historic town Barnstaple. It is tucked within a small, residential cul-de-sac with free parking outside. A 5 minute stroll away is our high street: there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This holiday home is in the perfect location to explore the best of North Devon!

North Devon Bolthole

Ladybird Lodge is a unique and tranquil cabin in North Devon. Set into the hills above Barnstaple, you'll enjoy far-reaching views of Exmoor, Dartmoor, the Taw estuary and all the way down to Hartland Point over the bay. The beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe, Lee, Combe Martin and Westward Ho! are all within a thirty minute drive. The magic of Exmoor National Park will also be right on your doorstep, with it's villages untouched by time, ancient woodlands, and miles of crowd free walking.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Welcome pack of continental breakfast Items. Dog friendly, however walled garden is open on one side. So please don’t leave your dog unattended. Bring your own dog bed. Recycling bins are outside to the side of the large black dustbins . Separate containers for paper/cardboard. Glass and plastic.

Coombe Farm Goodleigh-Tin Can Cottage

Situated in a quiet and remote farm setting, our beautiful Tin Can Cottage is a 1959 Tradewind Airstream caravan that has been meticulously restored and redecorated. This is upmarket glamping. Inside you will find everything you need to make your stay a special one including all self catering needs.  The space is suitable for a couple.  Well behaved dogs welcome but not permitted on furniture & guests must clean-up after their dogs. The space is not fenced in.

By car, guests can enjoy local beaches and Exmoor national park. Spacious open plan living, a large modern kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining options. For those cosy evenings, there is a snug TV area. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and ensuite.

Originally a threshing barn, but recently converted by the owners into a modern space which respectfully retains the character and proportions of the original barn.
