It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

300Ac Baugh Farm btwn Austin & Round Top

Our family is moving into our 3rd generation of enjoying this 300-plus acre farm. It offers lots of space and a century old farmhouse for peaceful country nights. Bring your walking shoes to explore as numerous trails are available. We also have three well-stocked tanks for fishing. This location is set in the middle of 225 acres of farm & ranch land on a working cattle ranch. There is a non-heated pool, basketball goal, and ping pong & billiard table for guest use. Late winter and early spring time is calving season with 40 calves arriving during this time. Its peaceful and quiet at night with no disturbing outside lights or traffic. We are 30-45 minutes from downtown Austin depending on time of day; 30 minutes from ABI Airport and Circuit of the Americas track.
