A stylish tiny house retreat just 20 mins from downtown Austin. This custom-built tiny house is outfitted with all the modern home amenities you need. Our guests stay when they're here for an event, festival, or just visiting Austin city without being too close to city sounds. It’s spacious for a solo-traveler or couple, & can fit up to 4 people. There's plenty of natural light, a purple mattress in the mezzanine bedroom, toaster oven, hot plate, fridge, bath/shower, aircon/heater & more.

The Bunkhouse on a working 60 acre cattle ranch

Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

Red Raku Writers Cottage

Located 50 minutes from Austin and an hour from San Antonio, our property sits out in the country about the same distance from Lockhart and Luling on FM 86. Our adorable guest cottage is located behind our house on a couple of acres surrounded by woods and fields. Perfect for 1 or 2 people to enjoy the beauty and solitude that the country offers. The cottage is 400 sf with a semi-private bedroom with a queen bed, kitchenette, living room, bath, and a covered porch with rocking chairs.

Domovina Ranch Cottages ("The FW")

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

Happy Horse Bunkhouse

Located 20 miles east of Austin and 2 miles from the LCRA McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Our 20 acres is a quiet spot conveniently close to the city. This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch. BBQ grill & picnic table a few feet from the porch. Hot water sink nearby.

Paradise Pines

Whether you are interested in soul searching, bird watching, skinny dipping, or exploring the many offerings of the local area, you will discover why it’s aptly named Paradise Pines. A well equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill will meet your needs. Swim in the heated pool underneath a canopy of pine trees and keep cool for an outdoor dining experience behind mosquito curtains.

Come out and enjoy the countryside and peace and quiet on the ranch. Enjoy the views of the rolling hills on the spacious back porch or snuggle up on the comfy couch and enjoy a book while escaping the city life. We’re 35 minutes from downtown and the airport. Close enough to all Austin has to offer but far enough away to experience the country life.

Cedar Creek Farm Cottage near COTA

Take in some fresh Central Texas air on a working farm just minutes from Austin and Bastrop. Enjoy a relaxing setting after a day in the city or at the Circuit of the Americas racetrack and concert venue. Or simply stick around on the 10 acres and take in the sights and sounds of a small family farm. We are proud to host LBGTQ+ and BIPOC folks.
