Lake Superior Chippewa Retreat, Batchawana Bay

The location is at the mouth of the Chippewa River and Lake Superior. The property has one house on 60 acres with 2 km of shoreline on the lake and the river and 3 km trails inside the property. There are no neighbors. The house is 1,800 sq ft. It has a wooden interior, patio towards river, a screened porch towards lake with three hammock chairs, a large and protected fire-pit, and a separate Finnish sauna by the river. Property is equally suited for Spring, Summer and Fall activities.

The water comes from the lake and may have a slight sulfur smell or cause tub staining—this is normal. There will be no running water after October 8.
