The unit contains a large flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi, games, mags, washing machine etc. Fully self-contained overlooking a casual garden setting with ocean views. The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 40 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

This little one bedroom yurt in a quiet cul de sac has a semi bushland outlook. It is close to beaches and 5 minutes drive from Batemans Bay. Air conditioned, wonderful timber ceiling, small deck for a quiet BBQ and ideal for a couple with two children. No problems parking on the driveway or in a one-car carport. Parking is also available on the street verge immediately in front of the yurt. Also parking space available for your boat trailer on the street verge. A quiet and private retreat.

Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Exceptionally private location on a large block with native bush, birds and wildlife. This house captures the essence of a beach holiday - it is open and light, with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and aged oak floors. It is tastefully decorated for a very comfortable stay.
