From the deck of your cabin you will have a bird's eye view of a beautiful lake with ducks and hear the continuous water sounds of a waterfall and fountain which lights up at night.

Located at the top of the hill with partial water views, stunning sunrises in the front, colorful sunsets in the back and a beautiful meadow at the bottom of the hill. Lots of wildlife to watch. Enjoy the fire pit and stargazing in the evening! The cabin is just minutes to downtown Clifton with a splash pad, Ross Creek Landing Golf Course, and restaurants. Inside is a large stone fireplace, a spiral staircase & a jacuzzi bathtub. Located on 97 acres in a gorgeous location with a spring-fed creek, swimming hole, rope swing, hammock & fire pit. You'll find the spring fed stream is on a private lane that brings you into Peaceful Hills! The Lodge, Cabin & Cottage is where you’ll definitely enjoy some peace & quiet!

This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Old Tennessee Home

Take it easy at the old Tennessee Home. This cabin is situated between Jackson and Lexington, TN, 12 minutes off of I-40. It is conveniently close to both towns, but also private. The decor sets the tone for a fun stay, and every comfort has been thought of. With the comfortable beds, the claw foot tub, fire pit and grill and a more than ample driveway and yard, you will want to stay forever. This home is reminiscent of grandma's home, and is perfect for family gatherings and holidays.

River Rest

This is an amazing fully renovated cabin on almost 5 acres that you can walk right out the front door and access the water. We are located on a bay of the TN river where Tom's Creek flows in. Incredible bird watching & star gazing. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or bass boat. When the water is up anchor out front or store at a nearby marina. There is a boat ramp on this bay although it's pretty bare bones. Mousetail Landing State Park which has newer ramps is only 13 miles away.
