Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. You can enjoy lots of recreation in the area year round. There are beaches, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and warm weather to enjoy in the summer. In the winter you can enjoy our winter playground with skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Having said that, the local government authority of the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) limits occupancy to ten. This is none negotiable.
