There is plenty to do and see in the area. It is a peaceful and private place with absolutely everything you need to hand. The views and the scenery are stunning. The cabin is completely self contained set in its own garden. There are great walks and drives nearby. Or just spend time, sitting on the deck gazing at the magical view.

Sample local cheeses, lamb, fish and seafood or stoke up the wood-burning stove, have a glass of wine and and savour the peace and tranquillity! The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

Sea Front Apartment on the Wild Atlantic Way.

Get away from it all and come to our relaxing haven by the sea. Enjoy sitting out while having your breakfast (if the weather allows) and all you will hear is the sound of the waves and the birds. Stroll down to the bottom of the garden where you can pop in for a dip or enjoy a longer swim. Bring your own kayaks, or explore the area on bikes whatever you fancy. Go kayaking with seals in adrigole, picnic on the beach, or take long winter strolls! Or maybe just watch Netflix and relax !

This open-plan loft has everything you need in one cosy space: queen bed with memory foam mattress, full kitchen, lounge area, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with power shower. Located right in town, you’re steps from restaurants, pubs, and shops—perfect for exploring, though some road noise is to be expected. Private parking is included, so you can come and go with ease. After a day on the Beara Peninsula, return to your own bright, comfortable space to relax and recharge.

Beautifully situated on The Wild Atlantic Way, convenient to exploring Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara and within 5 minute drive to the pretty town of Kenmare. Bayview Lodge is on an elevated site with spectacular uninterrupted views over Kenmare Bay and the Kerry Mountain range known as The McGillycuddyReeks. These amazing views can be enjoyed from the large balcony and from almost every room. The Apt is on a stunning country lane, perfect for walking and nature lovers.

Shepherds Hut overlooking Kilmackilogue Harbour

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

The Llama Lodge is a free standing stone building behind our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare) surrounded by our herd of friendly, free-roaming alpacas & llamas, and stunning views of Kenmare Bay. Normal usage costs about €15-30 per week (usage is metered, guests responsible for turning on/off) free WiFi, free to air TV. Parking for 1 car.
