We have a back deck for sunning or dining as well as a front porch for people watching. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, and access to steaming services.

Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Ann Street residence. 1-block to waterfront walking path w/ views of Rachel Carson Estuarine Research Reserve & Taylor's Creek. You have the entire upstairs floor w/ 2 bedrooms, living room and dining area. Just 0.9 miles from the Beaufort downtown area w/ shopping, dining & pubs. There's a fenced in yard for furry family members. I also have several kayaks you can borrow but you will need a way to transport them. Note: There is an internal stairway that connects the two floors.

This private 544 sq ft nautical-themed bungalow features one large room with an open sleeping loft (2nd bedroom) overlooking the main floor. Downstairs is furnished with two rockers, sofa, queen-size Murphy bed, TV, dining table. There is a full bed & twin bed in the loft. Ideal for 4 guests, but accommodates 5. The kitchenette has basics (microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, small fridge) not equipped for cooking meals. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer. No Pets/Smoking

We provide a safe living environment by following cleaning guidelines based on recommendations from CDC.

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. Pet fee is $50 per stay payable separate to me . Please message me if staying longer than a week .
