Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for more information. We do have two large friendly dogs, various cats and two horses.

We are opposite a public swimming pool and crazy golf and near the banks of the River Arros. The Pyrenees, Bordeaux and Toulouse are all within a 2 hour drive and Lourdes with its famous pilgrimage site is an hours drive

Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Il est situé au cœur d'une exploitation agricole où deux beaucerons seront heureux de venir chercher un peu de caresses... Calme et tranquilité au côeur de la campagne, a 2 kms du village et château natal de d'Artagnan a LUPIAC . Nous sommes situés à 2h de l océan et 1h30 de la montagne. Il se situe au lieu dit La Hérrère 32290 LUPIAC.

Our gite is in a small village it’s 5 kms from the town of Plaisance. And 15 kms from Marciac and the largest European Jazz festival.

There is a little private Terrace at the back, views onto our forest and the countryside. It's completely private. The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.
