This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

Inside, the sleeping lofts have a Queen and a Full bed. The futon opens into a skinny Full. The bathroom boasts a tankless water heater, full size tub, and standard toilet. A full sized fridge and 3 burner stove are available. Come enjoy a perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and adventuring in the FLX!

If you prefer wine tasting, hiking, fishing, or a day at the race track you will be perfectly positioned to enjoy it all.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will enjoy a quiet, peaceful & private area . The cabin has a full-size bed There is a coffee maker with 2 cups & a mini fridge. There isn't any heat , potable water, or firewood. You will have your own private outhouse with a sink & and an outside heated shower. You will have a propane grill, a picnic table & and a fire pit. 5 goats will be your closest neighbors. Please bring your own towels & toiletries.
