Perfectly located (Palmotićeva street number 5) and newly renovated, Apartments Old Town Top Spot are situated just a step away from Stradun, the main street in Dubrovnik Old town, numerous restaurants, beaches, galleries and all the historical monuments and museums. The apartments are close to everything with perfect location to explore around. There are no steps from Pile Gate and Stradun main street to apartment, but there are about 15 steps in the building as apartment is on the 1st floor.

Apartment is located in the very vicinity of the historical city of Dubrovnik above the town's most beautiful sandy beach Banje (7-10 min walk), near the hotels Grand Villa Argentina and Hotel Excesior, just outside the city walls (15 min walk) and the Ploče gate. It is also very close to the cable car, many restaurants, bars, beaches, shops. The grocery shop is very close, only 10 minutes walk.
