The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes. The bedrooms have linens and bathrooms stocked with towels and soaps and toilet paper. A beautiful enclosed front porch surrounded with picture windows provides amazing views. A dock and kayaks are provided during the summer months to enjoy the lake.

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

Our guesthouse is located 2 minutes away from the Keuka Outlet Trail, 5 minutes from Penn Yan and Keuka Lake, and just minutes away from several local wineries. In the winter, we love to visit Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, 45 minutes from us! We can't wait to host you!
