Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

If lucky you will catch a glimpse of the horses in the field. Close to hiking, skiing, and lakes. Waterville Valley 9 miles, Loon Mtn. 15 miles. Owls Nest Golf Couse. Private entry /private studio.

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.

One mile off I-93. Easy to Newfound Lake, Bristol, Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee, Plymouth, Ragged Mtn. Resort. TV in living room has Netflix and Sling. No smoking or vaping on property. The outdoor activities are endless, from hiking, biking, snowshoeing, alpine/x country skiing , golfing, horseback riding and tons of shopping at the infamous "outlet stores" You’ll love the cabin because of it's rustic motif, quiet neighborhood, and fresh mountain air. The cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, biz travelers, and furry friends .

This is a single unit within 4 units, 3 are used for short term rental, located on a quiet neighborhood. The unit has capacity for 3 Guests. This unit has a private backyard where you can enjoy your BBQ and HOT TUB. Enjoy hiking, mountains, beaches and other local attractions in the Lakes Region.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.
