Private quest suite in 1 level home. Must book exact # of guests except when requesting the twin bed for two guests, (book 3). It's 2.5 miles from the noisy railroad and freeway. 1.4 mi to Pine Nursery Park; 2 mi to Forum Shopping Center; 3.7 mi to downtown; 5.6 mi to Old Mill Dist. & Hayden Amphitheater. 21 mi to Sunriver; 26 mi to Mt Bachelor. Access to Hwy 20 & 97. 2 min. walk to Butler Market conv. store & gas station. Guests appreciate the quiet neighborhood away from the noisy downtown.

Come relax in our one bedroom completely private downstairs unit with separate entrance. Enjoy the fresh air and quiet tree-lined streets of one of Bend’s older neighborhoods. We are walking distance to Brookswood Plaza and just a quick 5 minute drive to the Old Mill District, the Deschutes River and less than 10 minutes into Downtown Bend. Fully stocked kitchenette (no oven or freezer). Fold out futon style couch for additional guests. On-site driveway parking and additional street parking.

Cozy, soft decor fill this light, bright studio with a private entrance. Shevlin Park and Phil's Trail are minutes away for hiking, running, and mountain biking. Mt. Bachelor is a short 30 minute drive for skiing in the winter and downhill biking in the summer. Smith Rock is a 45 minute drive for hiking and climbing enthusiasts. Shopping and dining are within walking distance at NW Crossing or a a short drive to the Old Mill or Downtown Bend. Mesh Network Wifi, coffee, tea and snacks provided.

Just over 2 miles from downtown. This is a private room attached to our house with a separate entrance. The room has a double bed, full private bathroom, closet space, a kitchenette, and seasonal access to the outside deck and hammock. Includes heating and cooling controls, a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, and utensils. Coffee, tea, snacks, ice provided. Great for late night arrivals or early departures! The space is quaint- room & bathroom- 185 sq. ft. total
