Conveniently located near North Berkeley dining and shopping, Lawrence Berkeley Lab, SLMath Institute, Greek Theater, UC Berkeley Campus, and nature. We are steps from over 2,000 acres of open space in Tilden Regional Park, with Redwoods, miles of trails, an amazing botanic garden, a golf course, and more! Cozy Elmwood Studio near UC Berkeley

Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. This is included in your fees.**

Berkeley Bayview Bungalow

Located in the scenic, tranquil Berkeley Hills, just up the hill from UC Berkeley, this climate controlled studio offers spectacular views, privacy & a large outdoor dining area. You’ll enjoy huge windows overlooking the SF Bay, lots of natural light, a new queen bed, lounge area, bluetooth speaker & kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station. A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

North Berkeley Hills Tranquil Writer's retreat

the Writer's Retreat is tranquil studio space nestled in the gardens of famous Landscape Architect Garrett Eckbo. Conveniently located 3-5 minutes Very close to UC Berkeley campus, Chez Pannise, Gourmet Ghetto, Downtown Berkeley and 1 mi. from Tilden Park 2,000+ acres. You’ll love my studio space because of the quiet, the gardens, including a new zen garden, the natural light, the neighborhood, and the coziness of in-floor radiant heat and a memory foam queen bed.

Claremont Casita with a View

Welcome to the Claremont Casita, a Spanish-style guest house that sits at the top of our property. Enjoy views of the Claremont hills, outdoor space to relax, a fully appointed kitchen (everything but an oven), Tempur-Pedic queen bed, and comfortable common areas, all in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance from Claremont shops, Rockridge, and close to BART and freeways. Ample street parking is available.

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Please make sure to read through the description and ask us any questions prior to booking.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Penderwick Cottage

This beautifully appointed, whimsical cottage is magical and restorative. Lovely linens, canopied Queen Keetsa bed, wifi, vintage fixtures, stained glass windows, kitchen (includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, nespresso machine). Large light-filled studio near Fourth Street

All are welcome at our peaceful garden studio. It is the back of our historic home, the oldest standing structure in Berkeley! We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.

Sunny Berkeley Cottage

This cozy, light and airy backyard cottage is the perfect get-away in North Berkeley, a short walk from tons of shops, theaters and restaurants and 2 blocks from a BART (subway) station and bus stops. And about a mile away is the Berkeley Amtrak stop that will take you straight to Levi’s Stadium or to Sacramento. Easy to get around and fill your day with delights!
