Holly House B & B is a new studio apartment in the downstairs of my 1930's English Tudor home. Its beautiful light-filled decor is designed to help you relax, and unwind during your visit to historic Lancaster County. Holly House offers you privacy with an outside entrance into your tranquil space which features a living room, bedroom alcove, dining space, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, and off-street parking, steps from your door. Beautiful restored 200 year old sandstone farmhouse on over 6 acres of land. The Green Room has exposed stone walls, hardwood floors, and original milk paint trim. Breakfasts are made from farm raised naturally grown fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, and milk. Shared rooms include: living room and TV, dining room, kitchen, and music room (guitars, violin, piano, bass, drums, flutes). Guests may interact with the animals (goats, chickens, cats, and a donkey) provided they are dressed properly!

ALL PRIVATE & NOT SHARED LOG CABIN MASTER SUITE & SUNROOM Located in the tranquility of woodland with modern amenities for your relaxation. If you desire peace & quiet away from the stress of life this place is perfect for you. An ideal place for honeymoon or anniversary getaways. My special amenity is a fresh homemade breakfast at 8:30 am that I serve in the private sunroom area. I can accommodate specific dietary needs such as: gluten, dairy free, vegetarian & vegans.

Farmhouse Room at The Clay House

The Farmhouse Room is a beautiful room, naturally brightened by the south sun shining through the large windows. There is a loveseat and private bathroom. Sleeps two people in a Queen Size bed. This is just one room in The Clay House Bed and Breakfast, and is on the second floor of our home. We also have a complimentary coffee, tea, and Italian Cream Soda bar made-to-order in our dining room! All guests onsite are welcome to enjoy the cushioned front porch swing as well!

Turret King Suite

During your stay you have access to our third floor Turret Suite with sweeping views from a separate sitting room and private en-suite bath. The room includes a fridge and microwave. Full breakfast and complimentary morning coffee delivery are included. On-site massage and other add-ons are available for an additional fee.

The Historic Metzler Suite Bed and Breakfast

The Metzler Suite is perfect if you're a history lover. It's the only suite in the original farmhouse and has been fully restored to reflect its roots in the 1760s. An ideal balance between historic ambience and modern conveniences. It has a front porch with views of the countryside. Freshly made breakfast is included!

The Bismarck Bed & Breakfast; Heidelberg Room

The Bismarck offers 3 guest rooms with private bathrooms, a sitting room with 2 additional twin beds and homemade breakfast in our large 1909 historic home. Great hiking and biking trails, are less than two blocks away. The area offers small town charm while being close to big town comforts and lots of wineries.
