Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

The Beech Hut (named for the Weeping Beech tree at the entrance) is a self contained one bedroom accommodation in the grounds of The Beacon, one of the most unique venues in Hastings. The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
