The Gables Annexe is separate from the main house & has parking. Situated on the outskirts of Speldhurst, 2 miles from Tunbridge Wells town centre. Walks accessible from property & award winning George and Dragon pub nearby. Many gastro pubs, restaurants and bars all within easy drive. Accommodation comprises kitchen area & shower room downstairs and upstairs open plan living area with bed at the end. Hosts are a family of 6 (4 kids at uni/working away) & 2 friendly dogs, we welcome everyone!

Pool Cottage, peaceful retreat near London.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We have dogs and there are cows / sheep in local fields - country life !

There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Speldhurst with its 13th century inn (The George and Dragon), this room is perfect for those in search of lovely dog walks and beautiful local countryside. Only a 10 minute drive into Royal Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, there is also a superb shop in the village.
